Q：预留的TCP地址出现异常
提示：dial tcp 61.160.213.238:4443: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond。
A：两种情况：
- 有可能向238请求的IP，频繁访问238，会被ban拒绝；
- 有可能宽带的线路，访问238短期内不通。换一个IP就好了。
